Our team is expanding and we are looking for an admin guru to join us.
We need someone who is a fast learner, motivated, displays high attention to detail and has a low-key (not low-key) obsession with all things systems and spreadsheets.
As a creative business that is growing rapidly, we are looking for someone who is both adaptable, flexible and willing to grow in their role as Ribs & Dust continues to grow. We need someone who can engineer new systems and processes to meet our rapid growth and is bursting with initiative.
This role will be primarily focused on running all the administrative elements of Ribs & Dust and providing necessary support to our jewellers. This role includes, but is not limited to:
- Managing client liaison services,
- Appointment scheduling and client follow up,
- Social Media and website content and development,
- Shipping and logistics,
- Shopify Management,
- Order and stock management, and
- General studio supply management.
The role will start at 3 days a week, with potential for growth. Experience will be reflected in remuneration. You will be based from our studio in Currumbin Valley on the Gold Coast.
We are looking for someone who has highly developed computer skills, exceptional people skills, excellent verbal and written communication, is able to effectively interact with a range of different parties, and thrives working in a creative environment. A current drivers licence is also essential.
You will be joining a family run business where creative expression is encouraged, quirkiness is celebrated and joy and laughter is our bedrock. Experience in fine jewellery is not required but definitely advantageous.
